One shot AF

I finally looked in my Canon’s instruction booklet, and found out that I can set the auto-focus to use only the central focus point. This helps me to dodge the branches and grass in front of the birds I want to photograph. I’m using the AV setting to get this feature, and I am setting the aperture at 7.1 for a bit more depth of field.
